Kristen Glines is the Program Coordinator in the Honors Programming & Events Office. As a member of the team, she provides organizational advising, 1:1 assistance with individual students and helps support both residential initiatives and programming initiatives. She co-teaches the EGEN 3200 Peer mentoring and leadership course which helps trains Honors First Year Seminar facilitators. She also helps with connections to the Center for Career Development and the Office of Education Abroad.
In her role, she advises Honors Council, the Honors in Business Association (HiBA), and HIPS (Honors Initiative for Prospective Students), as well as develops events and programs for Honors students.
Kristen loves UConn and considers herself a Husky at heart! She has both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree from UConn and has worked here professionally for about three years and counting. She is originally from northern New Hampshire and she loves outdoor activities: hiking, biking, etc. She is also a huge fan of UConn basketball and tries to watch and get to as many games as she can each year! Go Huskies!
