Cody Olson

Coordinator for Peer Leadership Programs

Cody Olson is the Honors Program Coordinator for Peer Leadership Programs. He plans and develops co-curricular honors programming and supports students as they engage with the opportunities available to them within the residential and academic communities of the Honors Program.

In this role he collaborates with faculty, staff, and students to coordinate UConn Honors’ peer mentorship and peer leader development initiatives in addition to supporting the programming of various Honors student organizations. He also manages and oversees the Honors to Opportunities (H2O) Learning Community and teaches the H2O seminar.

Cody received a B.S. in Marketing and a B.S. in Management from Shippensburg University and an M.A. in Higher Education and Student Affairs from UConn.

He is committed to fostering an inclusive and supportive Honors community and is Husky Ally Safe Zone certified. Cody encourages students to challenge convention and find new ways of understanding the world around them.
