Kaitlin Heenehan

Assistant Director for UConn Honors Stamford

Ms. Kaitlin Heenehan is the Honors Program Assistant Director for UConn Stamford. She oversees academic and co-curricular student services including Honors advising and curricular offerings, co-curricular programs, and student life at UConn Stamford.

In this role she collaborates with faculty, staff, and students to support student development and provide opportunities for engagement and enrichment. She advises the Honors students who are in the Academic Center for Exploratory Students (ACES) at UConn Stamford. She is also the liaison for all Enrichment Programs at UConn Stamford.

Kaitlin received a B.S. in Ecology & Evolutionary Biology from UConn and a M.A.Ed. in Higher Education from Virginia Tech.

She is committed to fostering an inclusive and supportive Honors community and is Husky Ally Safe Zone certified.
