Tim Beaucage is a relatively new addition to the Enrichment Programs office as Honors Program Advisor & STEM Scholar Coordinator. They earned their M.Ed. in Higher Education Administration at UMass Amherst, and their Bachelors in International Studies (Political Science & French concentrations) at Adelphi University in New York. Following their time at Adelphi they went on to serve as a Fulbright Fellow in Germany. Prior to UConn, Tim was an Academic Advisor & Success Coach at The Johns Hopkins University, supporting first-generation and/or limited income students. Prior to JHU, they worked in several industries both in Europe and across the United States. Tim has a particular passion for contemplative pedagogy and critical anti-oppression theory, and continues to facilitate trainings on critical anti-oppression contemplative practice in higher education.
