Dr. Chancey works with UConn faculty and departments to coordinate Honors and Enrichment Programs curriculum and courses, including recruiting and supporting instructors for Honors First-Year Experience Seminars. She is also responsible for internal assessment of Honors and Enrichment Programs initiatives and developing systems for organization and use of internal data.
Dr. Chancey earned her Ph.D. in gifted education and counseling psychology at UConn, and she is particularly interested in the application of gifted education theory and pedagogy in the honors context.
