Additional Rowe Funding

Access to these Rowe funding opportunities will require an application: Rowe Scholars Funding Request Form.

We are committed to stewarding these funds in a manner that honors the wishes of the Drs. Rowe and provides the highest benefit for the Rowe Scholars. Applications for funding need to be tightly aligned with a student’s professional goals, and the opportunity for which he/she is applying must be the most efficient and effective way for him/her to attain his/her goal.

Rowe may only be able to partially fund a student’s request. Students should consult with Dr. Anne Kim about their plans and goals for funding. In addition, students may want to meet with representatives from the Office of Undergraduate Research, the Pre-Medical and Pre-Dental Office, the Office of National Scholarships and Fellowships, and the Health Career Opportunity Programs Office among other resources, to familiarize themselves with and take advantage of all the opportunities available, including SURF, UConn’s MCAT/DAT prep course, etc. Fellow Rowe Scholars may also be good sources of information about enrichment opportunities, and students should make sure to stay connected with news and opportunities through e-mails and the Rowe Scholars Facebook and Instagram accounts.
