Wenhui Sun graduated from Pomperaug High School and has been accepted in the Combined Program in Dentistry. She has furthered her interest and knowledge of dental medicine by volunteering for UConn’s Migrant Farm Workers Health Clinic. Her eclectic interests range from painting to cross country track to learning Mandarin Chinese.

Food service is the second largest employer in the United States with a large number of immigrants and individuals having limited skills. The food service industry has an extremely high turnover.
