  • At Storrs, Campus Change students are guaranteed campus housing if they submit their application on time and meet other eligibility requirements. They are also guaranteed Honors housing if they select it on their application and submit the Residential Community Acceptance Form on time.
  • At Stamford, Campus Change students are not guaranteed campus housing. They will be added to the waiting list. Housing offers, including any spaces in Honors, will be made over the summer.

Mar. 6

Due date for the Housing Application.

This deadline is firm. If your application is late, you will not be eligible for campus housing.

Moving to Storrs? Select "Honors Upper Division Housing" from the Learning Community dropdown. This choice is not binding, so select Honors if you are even considering living in Honors housing. If you submit your application without selecting Honors housing, email livingoncampus@uconn.edu to change it.

Moving to Stamford? You're finished for now. Wait to hear about campus housing and Honors housing over the summer.

Mar. 20

If you are moving to Storrs, this is the due date for submitting your Residential Community Acceptance Form.

This form is required in order to live in Honors housing and is also a binding agreement that you will participate in Honors housing selection.

If you don't complete the Residential Community Acceptance Form on time, you will be moved into general housing selection. There is no penalty associated with this, so do not return the form if you no longer wish to live in Honors housing.

Start following the rest of the Storrs timeline on March 31, when you will receive your selection time and start matching with roommates

New Honors Admits

Current UConn students who submit their applications to Honors by the early February 1  deadline and are admitted to the program may be able to live in Honors housing, with the same eligibility requirements and deadlines as current Honors students at their campus (Storrs or Stamford).

For Storrs, you should select "Honors Upper Division Housing" from the Learning Community dropdown on the Housing Application, even if you have not yet received your admissions decision. Campus Housing will receive a list of students who are admitted in February.
